Personality: Tigerstar is a gentle tom with a soft spot for young kits. He treats his medicine cat with respect and his clan with loyalty. He gives his attention to his warriors and his complete service to his clan. When he was an apprentice he helped the other apprentices with battle and hunting strategies to impress their mentors. He cares for his clan mates because they taught him everything he knows. Tigerstar is more of a fighter and spends his time working on different techniques to fight different opponents. He was more of a hunter in his apprenticeship, but when he became a warrior he became more of a fighter.
History:
(1-6 moons) Tigerstar was born Tigerkit of WindClan. His father was Flame, a loner, and his mother was Beepetal, a WindClan warrior. He thought for a long time that his foster father, Ashclaw, was his actual father. As an only kit Tigerkit spent his time playing with the older kits in the nursery. When he was 4 moons old his mother started leaving every night and coming back in the early morning. No cat noticed except for Tigerkit and Ashclaw. Tigerkit dismissed it and just thought that his mother was going into the forest to think or hunt, or something that wouldn't cause any harm to the clan.
(6-14 moons) When Tigerkit became an apprentice his mentor was Ashclaw, his foster father. They were very close since Ashclaw had been caring for Tigerpaw as if Tigerpaw were his son. They spent their time training and hunting for the clan, sometimes going on patrols to keep the borders secure. While Tigerpaw was still a young apprentice his mother passed away from greencough. Tigerpaw was devastated and went into the forest that night. He was walking aimlessly, as he was lost in thought, and wandered out of WindClan territory and into the moorlands where the loners and rouges resided. He was confronted by Flame, who looked nearly identical to Tigerpaw. Flame said he was looking for Beepetal and everything began to make sense in Tigerpaw's head. Not knowing what he was doing he ran back to his camp and blurted out the truth: That he, Tigerpaw, was half loner and half clan. WindClan was shocked but the current leader, knowing that Beepetal's mistake should not be taken out on the young tom, had Ashclaw finish his training. Ashclaw held nothing against Tigerpaw and his training continued to go on smoothly.
(14-25 moons) At his warrior ceremony Tigerpaw became Tigerstripe, after the stripes he wore on his pelt. When he was sitting vigil Flame stumbled into camp, bleeding from a fox attack, and died in front of his son. Tigerstripe had never been close to his father, only meeting him once, the night of his mother's death. Now that both his parents were dead the closest cat Tigerstripe had to family was Ashclaw. Tigerstripe was a strong warrior and was soon given an apprentice. He trained his apprentice with everything he had in him and his apprentice grew to be a strong warrior named Fernstrike. A few moons after Fernstike's warrior ceremony the WindClan leader passed on and Tigerstripe became the deputy of WindClan. About a moon later the leader who had chosen Tigerstripe as deputy passed on and Tigerstripe became the WindClan leader.
